Why do we encourage giving

Faithfully giving a portion of God's blessing back to Him shows you rely not on your own strength and ability to provide, but on His limitless resources and on His desire to bless you. Giving tithe and offerings is a response to God's invitation and promise found in Malachi 3:10 "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the Lord Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that there will not be room enough to store it."

Bonita Church Offering

All Bonita Church offerings stay here locally to pay for all ministries that benefit our members including worship, fellowship, Adventist education and Kids' ministries, among others. Offerings also say for local expenses such as utilities, taxes, campus upkeep, repairs, etc. In addition, offering pay for our local ministry employees and support staff. All offering funds are used at the direction of the Church Board, which is sleet from regular church members by regular church members.

100% of tithe is sent directly to the Southeastern California Conference to provide for the work of pastors, Adventist educators, and denominational leaders. Tithe is the main source of funding for the Gospel Mission of the Worldwide Seventh-day Adventist Church.
